About the role
ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with an established, growing exterior remodeling company to find a Sales Manager who knows how to lead in-home sales teams and develop high-performing reps. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands one-call-close, high-ticket residential sales and genuinely enjoys coaching and developing salespeople. You’ll lead the in-home sales team, drive performance, and help build the foundation for a scalable sales organization. What’s In It for You $70,000 base salary + monthly performance bonuses $140,000–$150,000 OTE PTO & Paid Holiday's Company vehicle Health reimbursement 401(k) match What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop in-home sales reps through ride-alongs, role plays, and 1-on-1 coaching Train reps on one-call-close, value-based selling, follow-up, and customer experience Hold the team accountable to close rate, net sales per appointment, and overall sales volume Recruit and help develop a larger, scalable sales organization Partner with ownership to improve sales processes, handoffs, training, and accountability Protect gross margin while maintaining a strong, customer-focused sales approach Build a positive, accountable, high-performance sales culture What It Takes Proven experience in in-home, one-call-close, or high-ticket residential sales Sales leadership, management, or training experience; manager or assistant manager experience preferred Background in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, solar, HVAC, or a similar industry Strong coaching and accountability skills Ability to develop reps while maintaining a positive, performance-driven culture High integrity and a strong customer experience mindset Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role About ScaleHouse Talent ScaleHouse Talent specializes in recruiting high-performing sales and leadership talent for companies in the residential services and home improvement industries.
