ScaleHouse Talent is looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter / Trim Carpenter to join a growing windows and doors installation team in the Kansas City metro. This is not a high-volume production installation job. The company specializes in detailed, custom window and door projects where craftsmanship, precision, and quality matter more than speed. What You’ll Get Pay starting at $25/HR+ depending on experience W-2 employment Monday–Friday schedule;Typically 8 AM–5 PM Mostly local Kansas City-area projects Gas reimbursement for occasional extended-distance projects What You’ll Do Install custom windows and doors, including full-frame installations Perform detailed interior casing, stool, apron, and trim work Work alongside an experienced installer Complete projects with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship Maintain a clean and professional job site Develop your skills and grow into a key member of the installation team What We’re Looking For Experience as a finish carpenter, trim carpenter, or similar role Strong experience with detailed interior trim work Window and/or door installation experience is a plus Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail Patient, methodical approach to your work Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Basic hand tools, including a drill, screw gun, and Sawzall Ready to Make a Move?
