About the role
ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company looking for Plumbing Apprentices to join their installation team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on bathroom remodeling projects. You’ll learn the trade through paid training and hands-on experience, with a clear path to advance into a Lead Installer and eventually Production Manager. Responsibilities Assist with bathroom remodeling projects Help with demolition, installation, and cleanup Learn proper installation techniques and best practices Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Be willing to learn and follow instructions Qualifications 1–2 years of apprenticeship, trade, or hands-on experience preferred Previous construction, remodeling, plumbing, or carpentry experience is a plus Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude Strong attention to detail Must be able to pass a background check What We Offer $33/hour starting pay + bonuses $75K average first-year earnings; top helpers $100K+ Company-provided van, tools, and materials Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) 4 weeks PTO after 6 months Paid training and mentorship Advancement opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Early start times Overtime may be required Who Is ScaleHouse Talent?
