Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for homeowners. This role focuses on outbound and inbound phone communication, educating prospective customers about residential roofing solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for the field sales team. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Success comes from building rapport, asking the right questions, and generating interest through professional and genuine conversations. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners using warm lead sources Answer inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Educate prospects on residential roofing products and services Conduct brief over-the-phone presentations Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs (call volume, appointments set, conversion rates) Professionally handle objections and guide conversations toward next steps Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $21 per hour Performance Bonuses: Top performers earn $25–$35 per hour equivalent Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid Time Off Paid training and ongoing mentorship Clear advancement opportunities into senior and leadership roles Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills Confident and positive phone presence Ability to handle objections professionally Comfortable working in a high call-volume environment Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to pass a background check
